My discount code is valid but not working. What should I do?
- Discount codes are case-sensitive. Make sure you enter the discount code exactly as it appears.
- Avoid any spaces before, inside of and after the discount code.
- Make sure you did not already enter this or another discount code. Only one code can be used at a time.
Loyalty program
How do I earn loyalty points?
You earn 1 loyalty point per dollar spent on all purchases. Your loyalty points are earned automatically when you buy online or place phone orders. Please give your loyalty program number to the store clerk when making in-store purchases.
How do I redeem loyalty points?
You will see an option to redeem your loyalty points at checkout when you buy online. When buying on the phone or in-store, please ask the store clerk to apply your loyalty points to your order.
